The AirSprings Premium air suspension by LEMET is an innovative 2-circuit system for the Fiat Ducato Type 250 (Fiat Ducato Third generation produced from 2006 until 2024) and identical models. Equipped with a Bluetooth control unit and a mobile panel, it offers simple operation, safety and precise adjustment of the air pressure in the air springs. Durable 170 mm air bellows (170/2) made from a patented rubber compound and the powerful air suspension compressor ensure durability and comfort, while the complete Ducato air suspension kit enables a custom-fit installation. System is suitable for vehicles with both manual and electric parking brakes. An ideal solution for comfort and stability in heavily loaded vehicles.

AirSprings Premium air suspension system: configuration options

Bluetooth control and touch screen panel

The central control unit with Bluetooth interface is the centrepiece of the air suspension kit. It enables wireless connection with a mobile touch screen panel.

Security: The control panel and control unit are coded to ensure a secure connection.

Flexibility: The pneumatic suspension touch screen panel can be attached to the windscreen in the holder supplied or stowed in a storage compartment.

Simple usage: The two air suspension bellows can be controlled independently of each other via the panel and the pressure can be precisely adjusted.

170/2 air bellows (Z8 pneumatic bellows)

The robust LEMET air bellows made from a patented rubber compound ensure durability and tightness. This technology is also used in the initial assembly of leading car manufacturers such as Jeep.

Perfect fit: Specially developed adapters enable easy air suspension installation between the frame and rear axle.

Powerful air suspension compressor

A compact and powerful air suspension compressor ensures fast inflation of the pneumatic bellows.

Delivery rate: 37 litres per minute for short running times of 1-2 minutes.
